Guidewire
We are happy to welcome Guidewire Software as our new tenant at 210 Invernes Parkway!
They occupy the entire facility and we look forward to watching their business grow in Alabama. Guidewire is headquartered in San Jose, California. Open Workspaces, vibrant colors and dry erase walls are the latest upgrades for the tenant.
Both floors are accessible to grade and concrete slab construction provides the solid feel that one would expect in a "Class A" commercial office. Flexibility in the floor plans is optimal due to structural steel design and no load-bearing walls.
